Free is two complete tools: the Studio in full — every engine, the whole template catalogue, unlimited AI with your own Anthropic or OpenAI key — and the Sketch canvas (pens, shapes, frames, arrows, a starter wireframe set). What it doesn't include: the other six workstations, Sketch's pro kit (the full wireframe library, presentation mode, version history), hosted AI, PDF and TikZ export, cloud sync, or collaboration. Real tools free forever — the platform is what Starter buys.

The lower number is the yearly rate (paid once a year), the higher one is month-to-month. Yearly is $7/mo Starter, $14/mo Plus, $29/mo Ultra; monthly is $10, $25 and $49. Same product either way — paying monthly buys flexibility, and that's what it costs. Switch cadence or tier at any time, prorated.

Everything that runs on your device, with no limits — unlimited figures, PDF and TikZ export, cloud sync, version history. Two catches: no hosted AI (bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, free to obtain, you pay them per call) and no collaboration. Starter is a single-player plan by design.

Two things. 200 AI points a month of hosted AI with no key needed (1 point per standard call; multi-step runs cost more), and the features that depend on them — Architect mode, the Lab AI co-pilot, the auto-fix render loop, Diagram Intelligence. Plus also unlocks collaboration for a small team: live co-editing sessions with up to 3 people, live cursors and canvas comments. Points are a hard allowance, not unlimited — top-up packs ($5 / 100 pts, $20 / 500 pts) never expire.

Plus includes 200 AI points a month and Ultra 1000 — one point per AI call, a hard allowance we publish instead of an asterisked "unlimited". Need more? Top-up packs start at $5 and never expire. Free and Starter skip hosted AI entirely: bring your own API key and AI stays unmetered on every tier.

Teams. Ultra takes the cap off real-time collaboration: unlimited people in a live session, voice and screenshare in every studio, workspace component libraries shared across your whole team, and team spaces with presence. It also lifts hosted AI to 1,000 points a month. If you collaborate daily, Ultra is the plan; if you work alone, Plus is almost certainly enough.

Yes — on every tier. Evidence turns a corpus into a citation-grounded evidence graph: GRADE certainty, contradiction/gap detection, leave-one-out robustness, causal/temporal analysis, PRISMA screening, BibTeX/RIS/CSV/JSON export, and a grounded 'Ask' research assistant. The AI steps (extraction, Ask) run on the same hosted-AI allowance as the rest of Glyph — or your own key, unlimited. Saving living projects that re-synthesize over time uses cloud sync, so it's on Starter and up.

Live, in all 8 studios: share a link and everyone who opens it edits the same document, with named cursors, comments anchored to the canvas (or a source line, or a diagram element), and voice on Ultra. Two honest limits — text-based studios (BPMN XML, Lab source, Studio code) hand one person the pen at a time rather than pretending two people can type into one blob, and voice is peer-to-peer with no relay server, so very restrictive networks may not connect. Real-time needs Supabase configured; without it the studios simply stay single-player.

Enterprise is contact-driven today — we'll scope, sign a DPA, and add you to the launch cohort. Dedicated tenancy + SAML/SCIM go live with the backend.

Always. Every diagram exports to PNG, SVG, PDF, TikZ, and its native source as JSON. Permalinks are hash-encoded so they don't depend on our servers either.

Never. AI calls are a thin proxy to the provider; your diagrams are not used to train models and are not stored beyond the request.
