Release pipeline modelled in BPMN: build and sign artefacts, then four quality gates in parallel (integration tests, SAST and dependency scan, regression testing, release notes), a fix-and-rebuild loop, change approval, a canary deployment with a 30-minute bake timer, SLO comparison, and promotion to full traffic or automatic rollback.
